What you can expect from us

For over 18 years, we have been the NJ wedding photographers of choice for hundreds of couples looking for a professional wedding photography company they could trust with their wedding memories and hard earned money.  We take the responsibility of delivering an amazing experience to our clients pretty seriously.

Beyond beautiful pictures, we work tirelessly to ensure personal focus, creative photo ideas, and expert coordination on your wedding day. We are not fans of cookie cutter photos.

Your engagement session and wedding will be uniquely tailored to your personality and expression. Nothing is worse than boring pictures celebrating your relationship and wedding day. Thinking outside the box to create energetic photographs you can brag about is our motivation.

Enjoy a refreshing experience with us throughout your entire wedding day full of laughs and joking around, nothing over posed, stiff or forced.

Inspired by color, art and fashion, CLB Photography is a husband and wife owned and operated central New Jersey wedding photographer studio, located in Monmouth County, NJ owned by Chris and Suzanne Lo Bue.  When you want to have loads of fun with your photographs and an incredible experience while being photographed, CLB Photography is the one to call.

Best wedding photographers, what to look for ?

The term best wedding photographer is kind of a loose term in the wedding industry and personally over used. We do not wish to bash the many wedding websites and blogs, naming photographers as the ‘best of the best’ like The Knot, Wedding Wire, Style Me Pretty, etc. Does it seem like everyone these days is named the best? To the wedding photographers outright calling themselves the best; that seems pretty pompous.

Hiring a photographer for your wedding is not as easy as hiring your other wedding professionals. You will interact on a completely different level compared to your other vendors and have a relationship with your photographer before, during and after your wedding. It’s your emotions that will be documented. So if you and your spouse are at odds with your photographer and want to stop taking photos to hit the cocktail hour, it’s going to show in your photos.

We believe having a connection is the most important aspect of finding the Best Photographer for your wedding. Being able to look back at your day and say that was amazing and have incredible photos to enjoy and share is a very satisfying feeling. Booking a photographer based on a really good deal or how many products are included in a wedding photographer’s package is often not a favorable one in the end.

The time you spend taking pictures is a huge part of your wedding memories. Ultimately, it is your photographer’s personality, dedication, and work methods that will either elevate everyone’s spirits or get on their nerves. Below is a list of questions to ask a photographer and yourself.

If you just want to cross photographer off your to do list and don't care about all this, skip reading the section below and go for it. Good luck.
